Canadian Youth Film Festivals

Film festivals are the best way to get your film seen and give you a chance to win awards. Here are some of Canada’s best film festivals for youth ages 13-19.

Reel Youth Film Festival:

The Reel Youth Film Festival is a travelling festival that showcases the world’s best youth-made short films. The festival starts in Vancouver and makes its way around the world. The short films featured during the festival are chosen by a youth jury which is a great element to have for a youth film festival. They are currently taking Early Bird submissions with the final

deadline being May 1, 2022.
